This section is included in your selections.
Within the meaning of this chapter, holidays are:
A. January 1st;
B. February 12th;
C. February 22nd;
D. May 30th;
E. July 4th;
F. The first Monday in September;
G. September 9th;
H. October 12th;
I. November 11th;
J. December 25th; and
K. Thanksgiving Day.
If January 1st, February 12th, February 22nd, May 30th, July 4th, September 9th, October 12th, November 11th or December 25th falls upon a Sunday, the Monday following is a holiday.
