10.56.010 Change of speed limit in certain zones.
This section is included in your selections.
It is hereby determined that the speed permitted by State law upon the following streets is different from that which is necessary for the safe operation of vehicles on said streets. The prima facie speed limit shall be as hereinafter set forth on those streets or parts of streets herein designated when signs are erected giving notice thereof:
A. On Bodega Avenue from the City limits to Pleasant Hill Avenue North: 40 miles per hour.
B. On Bodega Avenue from Pleasant Hill Avenue North to Main Street: 25 miles per hour.
