15.54.040 Numbers begin at baseline.

The numbers for each street shall begin at the baseline. The numbers on north-south streets shall commence with zero. The numbers on east-west streets shall begin with 6600, and increasing westward in such a manner as to be 7000 at all intersections with Main Street.
