All properties on the south and east side of all streets shall be numbered with odd numbers. All properties on the north and west side of the streets shall be numbered with even numbers. Where a new building has more than one door serving several separate occupants, a separate number shall be assigned to each door. Fractional numbers are not to be used. Buildings fronting on two or more streets shall have a number assigned only to the main entrance unless other entrances serve different occupants.
