The LID Manual is hereby incorporated in its entirety by reference. Complete copies of the LID Manual will be maintained in the City Clerk’s office, the Planning Department and the Engineering Department, and one copy shall be available for reference at the Sebastopol Branch of the Sonoma County Library.
