A. Community Facilities. The purpose of the CF District is to implement the “Community Facilities,” “Parks,” and “Open Space” land use categories of the General Plan. This district is applicable to lands accommodating governmental, public utility, and educational facilities, as well as parks and open space land in public ownership. (Ord. 1111, 2018)
