Upon its effective date, this chapter shall supersede and rescind Ordinance No. 1107, which established temporary cannabis regulations. Permits that were granted under such ordinance and are not in conflict with this chapter shall remain effective. (Ord. 1147 §2 (Exh. A), 2023)
