Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to permit licensing, maintenance or operation of any mechanical device or apparatus which is contrary to any of the laws of the State of California or the ordinances of the City of Sebastopol, nor to permit the operation of any mechanical or electronic game authorized hereunder in such a manner as to be contrary to any of said laws or ordinances.
