6.18.030 Application – Issuance of certificate – Registration period.

Upon receipt of an application and fees as set out in SMC 6.16.030 for registration of a cat, the Animal Control Officer shall issue a cat registration certificate and a serially numbered license tag. Every registration certificate and license tag issued pursuant to this chapter shall be valid for the life of the cat registered thereby.
