A. The provisions of SMC 8.48.010 and 8.48.020 shall not apply to minors who are in attendance at public theaters and places where supervised entertainment or play or instruction for minors under the age of 18 is conducted.

B. The provisions of SMC 8.48.010 and 8.48.020 shall not apply to any minor while in attendance at those places set forth in subsection A of this section or going to or from said places. In the event any minor stops, loiters or loafs, or congregates or deviates from such direct route to his place of abode this exception does not apply and the provisions of SMC 8.48.010 and 8.48.020 shall then apply.
