Pursuant to California Government Code Section 50022.3, copies of this code are on file with the City Clerk and are open to public inspection but need not be published with the ordinance codified in this chapter; however, the ordinance adopting the revision, codification and/or compilation of these ordinances shall be published or posted pursuant to California Government Code Section 50022.5.
