All back-flow prevention device testing will be done by either in-house employees of the Sebastopol Public Works Department who hold a valid certification from the American Water Works Association (AWWA) California-Nevada Section or have equivalent training in the opinion of the City and the Health Department, or by licensed contractors certified by the American Water Works Association (AWWA) California-Nevada Section, as authorized by the Sebastopol Public Works Superintendent.
