Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 17958.7, the findings of fact, as submitted in Exhibits A and B to the ordinance codified in this chapter, are made in connection with the adoption of revisions or additions to the 2022 edition of the California Code of Regulations Title 24, Parts 1, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12.
