Any person, firm or corporation, violating any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10.00 or more than $100.00; and if default be made in payment of the fine so imposed, or any part thereof, then the person convicted may be imprisoned in the County jail, one day for each $2.00 of said fine remaining unpaid. Every five days after the time for removal has expired after notice given as aforesaid, in which said barbed wire remains, constitutes a new and separate offense.
