A. The Zoning Map shall apply to all property within the City of Sebastopol, except streets, alleys and paths. Said property is hereby divided into and included within zone districts as hereinafter set forth.

B. The designations, locations and boundaries of the districts established are delineated upon the Zoning Map. The map and all notations and information thereon are hereby made a part of this code by reference. (Ord. 1111, 2018)
