The Planning Commission shall first consider a condominium conversion permit request and may recommend that the City Council approve, conditionally approve, or deny a condominium conversion permit application. The City Council shall take final action to approve, conditionally approve, or deny a condominium conversion permit application, unless otherwise restricted by State law. Developers must comply with all applicable requirements of the SMC, including but not limited to SMC Title 16 (Subdivisions), this title, and with the State Subdivision Map Act. (Ord. 1111, 2018)
