The Advisory Committee shall meet monthly at regular stated times and places and all meetings of the Advisory Committee shall be open to the public as required by law. The Advisory Committee shall adopt rules for the transaction of business and for the proper conduct of its meetings and the discharge of its powers and duties. All meetings must be in conformance with the California Open Meeting Act.
