3.50.060 Waiver of dedication of land, provision of interim facilities, or payment of fees requirement for senior housing.

The dedication of land, provision of interim facilities, or payment of fees shall not be required for any residential development which shall be occupied solely by individuals aged 55 or older or qualified handicapped persons.
