The City Council shall by resolution determine weed assessments and order them entered upon the tax roll and declare them to be a lien on said real property. Said resolution shall direct that the City Clerk forward a copy to the County Tax Collector of Sonoma County for the purpose of collection of the sums due to the City of Sebastopol.
